Volunteer

"Volunteering for DAB gives me the opportunity to help people with a visual impairment in my community, whilst the experience helps me to gain new skills and make new friendships."

DAB is a volunteer led charity. With over 250 volunteers working in every area, they are a crucial part of our team. Without our volunteers we would not be able to provide services and support to over 4500 members across Derbyshire. Each volunteering role provides a different and rewarding experience for both the volunteer and the member.

Please browse the categories within this section to discover the full range of volunteering opportunities. If you would like to become part of our volunteering team please contact Lynne Smitheringale on lynne@dab.org.uk
