INTRODUCTION
The Derbyshire Association for the Blind (DAB) is a registered charity,
established in 1914, serving the needs of visually impaired people
throughout Derbyshire.
Membership of the Association is free of charge to visually impaired people
living or working in Derbyshire.
We have a number of paid staff but most of our services exist thanks to the
hard work and dedication of over 200 volunteers.
However we are constantly in need of new volunteers to help deliver our
services across the County. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer
please ask for details from either our Derby or Chesterfield office – the
telephone numbers are available HERE on our contacts page.
